Who handles your information

Violet Matriarch Enterprise handles information you provide to request and receive our services. Contact us using the business email below about privacy questions, corrections, access, or deletion requests.

Information we receive & why

The inquiry form collects your name, email, interest, optional service/package selection, and message so we can answer your request and discuss work. For an agreed service, we may receive relevant business materials, contact details, scheduling information, and authorized access needed to deliver that scope. Order references and payment-status information help us verify purchases and handle support; do not send card numbers or passwords through the form.

We use this information to respond, prepare and perform agreed services, coordinate appointments, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. We do not use an inquiry as permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.

Providers & disclosure

Netlify hosts the site and processes inquiry submissions. Payhip handles digital and consultation orders; Printify handles merchandise orders; scheduling may use Calendly where expressly offered. These providers process information under their own notices and may process it outside your country. Hosting and payment providers may also receive technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser data, security logs, and cookies.

We share information as needed to provide your requested service, with authorized service providers, when required by law, or as otherwise specifically authorized. We do not sell inquiry information. When assisting with your customer data, we act within the scope and access arrangements agreed with you; you remain responsible for having authority to provide that data.

Retention & safeguards

We keep information while needed for your inquiry or service, recordkeeping, legal requirements, and resolving disputes. We review retention according to the record's purpose and applicable obligations rather than promising automatic deletion after an unverified fixed period. Independent provider records follow those providers' retention rules.

We limit access to the work being performed and use appropriate access arrangements. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive customer records in an initial inquiry; agree on an appropriate transfer method first.

Cookies & external sites

The website's own code does not include advertising trackers or a marketing-cookie system. Hosting/security services and external checkout or scheduling sites may use their own technical data and cookies. Following an external link takes you to that provider's service and privacy choices.

Your choices & requests

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for consent-based uses. Email us with enough information to identify your request; we may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will explain any information we must retain. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority where those rights apply.

The site and business services are not directed to children. Do not provide a child's personal information through the inquiry form.
